The process of transporting items

STEP 1

Find items to transport that match your travel plans or regular routes.

STEP 2

Click the ‘offer to drive’ button which notifies the sender the request and wait to be accepted by the sender.

STEP 3

Pick up and drop off the item. When the sender confirms the delivery, you will receive payment from us direct to your bank account.

When the sender accepts your offer to transport their item they will pay us online.

When you deliver the item, the sender will mark it delivered and we will pay you directly to your bank account.
Funds may take 1-2 days to appear in your account.
Please contact the sender and us asap so they can cancel the request and find a new driver.
Simply put, we will not disclose your personal identification (driver’s license or passport) to anyone unless required to do so by law.
Yes Roof Space will cover the items you transport.

Roof Space covers items (Market Value) for theft or damage during transit, up to a maximum of $3,000 or repair of the item whichever is the least. The guarantee will only cover items that have been listed through our website and transported by a verified driver.
